I' m very new to Mailman and would like to ask a few questions : 1. For creating a small mailing list (200/300 members), using Mailman and Apache, in a home computer running Linux, can I use a dynamic IP or do I need a fixed IP ?
There's nothing in Mailman or Apache that I know of that would require a static IP address.
2. How do I assign that IP (fixed or dynamic) to an existing domain ?
You'd need to talk to your Dynamic DNS provider about that. DynDNS.org would be one example.
