This is a cPanel issue that you will have to resolve with your cPanel host. This particular cPanel instance has a mailman list named commit...@mbeam.org.uk or at least has a config.pck file for this list somewhere in the /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/lists/ directory. If you have access to mailman via cPanel (or, unlikely, to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/), you might be able to remove it.
