Hi there,

We're trying to set up a list with a header filter to discard spam messages.
The spam messages are tagged with a specific header before getting handed
over to mailman3.

Messages from non-members are correctly discarded by the header filter
before hitting the moderation queue.
But messages from members get moderated before getting discarded by the
header filters.

For this particular list we also moderate the members of the list. The
default action for members is set to "hold for moderation".

We would like to also discard spam messages from members before they become
moderated.

The X-Mailman-Rule-* headers on spam messages from members in the
moderation queue look like this:
----
X-Mailman-Rule-Hits: member-moderation
X-Mailman-Rule-Misses: dmarc-mitigation; no-senders; approved; emergency;
loop; banned-address
----

Is there any way we can discard spam messages from members before they
become moderated?

Thanks so much in advance!
