With the default settings mailman.log contains no evidence of subscribe
actions. Even if one had the foresight to include:
[logging.subscribe]
level: debug
path: mailman.log
in mailman.cfg in Mailman 3.3.8, no new clues are recorded in the log
file. I have not yet noticed whether anything has changed in this regard
in 3.3.9 or 3.3.10 .
