I think I've seen a similar error, but I don't recall what I did to work
around it. In this case cmarkgfm is a dependency of readme_renderer
which in turn is a dependency of postorius.
In your venv try
pip install cmarkgfm
first and then
pip install mailman-web mailman-hyperkitty
That may avoid this.
