[Mailman-Users] Turning off digest

What happens if I set "How big in Kb should a digest be before it
gets sent out?" to 0 (zero)?
One of my lists is a newsletter and I want the digest version of
the list to behave the exact same way as the ordinary list version
(i.e., send the new issue of the newsletter immediately to all the
subscribers).
