[Mailman-Users] Suspicious Header

Hello Good People,

Where do I find the code that defines a "Suspicious Header?"  I'm
attempting to get a mail/usenet gateway going with Mailman 2.0.
I have no experience with python, but am intrigued.  Thanks for reading.
