I eventually managed to fix this minor issue by raising the MAXERRORS variable in MailCommandHandler.py to 10 or 20.
Mailman then has a bigger amount of lines/errors he can process before hitting the actual command.
HTML and MIMI related content will be seen as an error and will be ignored by Mailman. Sending E-mail to list-request works without a hassle now :-)
Its a dirty method. But it works :-)
