You should create the following aliases with |preline.

.qmail-listname 
|preline /home/mailman/mail/wrapper post listname

.qmail-listname-admin 
|preline /home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailowner listname

.qmail-listname-request
|preline /home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailcmd listname

.qmail-listname-owner
listname-admin
