GID (Group ID) 99 is usually for user nobody. This means
your script
"wrapper" wanted to run with gid 12, but got run as 99
(user nobody)
(postfix for instance only run all piped commands as gid
nobody).
Rather download the source package from
http://www.list.org/download.html
and install.

carefully.
