[Mailman-Users] should admin get daily notices of pending request

[Matt Jamison]

is there a way to get mailman to not send daily notices of pending reqeust
on weekends and holidays.

I hate coming in on monday and finding 100 admin request to verify knowing
that 2/3rds of them are from saturday and sunday.
