If you get the (team) Sidai tarball from the
http://ark.sourceforge.net/ releases/downloads, it has a
*sample* script in sidai/mailman-utils/from-majordomo.sample.
I make *no guarantees* about how well any of this will work;
backup early and often; you can make a Big Mess if it goes
wrong; your mileage may vary...
