Yes, there are too many open files in the system. That's about as clear
as kernel error messages come -- what more could you want?
BTW, you haven't mentioned which OS you're running, which Mailman
version, which Python version, or which MTA you're using. All of these
are relevant. How can anyone possibly give concrete answers without a
concrete question?
