I wrote an FAQ on umbrella lists about a month ago. Umbrella lists allow folks to recieve multipul emails (if they are one more than one list in the Umbrella... You must put the Umbrella list name into the proper field under Privacy options for each of the lists in the Umbrella. This allows the name to also act as though it is a TO or CC directly to the list.
