[Mailman-Users] Mailman VS. Base64 encoding

Dear all,

It seems Mailman 2.0.6 can't process the base64 encoding e-mail,
so the Footer can't be appended to the e-mail correctly, and the archives are
all base64 encoded,  do anyone has any suggesttion?
