I checked the bounce settings, I also checked the bounce log. It appears as though the bounce feature was meant more for hotmail or other non standard mail types . It seems to me there would be a less convoluted way of handling these. As it stands now the nomail is qualified by x times per hour for y amount of days. Mailman has settings on the Bounce Options page to determine when someone should be removed.
