Is there a "this is how to do it, stupid" guide to how to send commands via email. None of the variations I've tried so far seem to work, and I'm finding the "help" command to be cryptic. I need step-by-step instructions, mostly for the benefit of my list members to the effect of: To set your subscription to Digest via email: 1. click "create mail." 2. address the email to: 3. write this subject: 4. write this in the message body: 5. end the message with "end or --" w/o the quote marks
