We have set up a series of actions for a list manager to take if a subscriber is breaking the list rules, starting with one-week hand-moderation (so the list managers have to approve the subscriber's posts). The final action is to throw the person off the list.
Is there a way to tell Mailman to ignore subscription requests from a specific address? In ListProc, we could add the address to an IGNORE file.
