Yes.  You'll also need to do "bin/newlist mailman"

Doesn't much matter if you overwrite them.  But if you want to keep
them and keep your 2.0.x and 2.1 installations co-habitating, then
just rename your MM2.1 site list to "mailman-21" or somesuch, and
adjust your mm_cfg.py and aliases accordingly.
