I am running 2.1b3 on a production box. I created a list and made the
default language FRENCH. Later I changed my mind and disabled all
languages except ENGLISH only. Howevere, when this list sends notices
to the moderator, it sends them in French. This language is not available
to the moderator at all as I disabled it. Why is it so???
