It means just what the previous line said: pid 32821 (sendmail), uid 0, was killed: out of swap space
Running out of swap space is VERY BAD. All kinds of BAD things will happen to your system. the line you referenced simply means that a function called swap_pager_getswapspace wasn't able to do it's job..because you were out of swap. Either you have too little memory, too little swap, or a nasty memory leak in one of the programs you are running. Add swap ( `man swap` ) and reboot.
