Actually, check out the anonymous_list setting in the General admin
page.  It does some bit of anonymizing of the messages, including
getting rid of the original From header.  It's still possible to leak
identity of course, say in some X-* header (hmm, maybe these should be
removed too?), or in the content or style of the message <wink>, or in
the cute salutations.
