Hello:

 

I'm a new user to Mailman. Our provider recently installed it to replace another email listserv management tool. As a new user I need to learn the basics of this web based program. Therefore, where do I find introductory administrator documentation (I prefer a printable source document) to assist me in setting up our lists? For example:

1. Explanation of the configuration categories.
2. Setting descriptive information under the General Options.
3. Implementing a welcome letter, etc.
