Version 2.1rc1 now has this built-in (the "rc1" stands for "release candidate 1" - meaning it's out of beta "almost").
If you want to stay with the the 2.0.x versions for now, then look in the FAQ for a work-around. The work-around runs a script at 4:59pm that basically deletes all the held messages (for lists where you don't want held messages) and then copies in a blank "request.db" file over the existing request.db file.
