[Mailman-Users] Can users request old digests?

[Ed Leafe]

I recently received a request from a user who receives and archives the digest version of the list, and due to ISP problems he recently missed a few issues. He has used lists where you can send email to the list requesting specific digest back issues; is such a capability part of Mailman?
