Not true. New lists will inherit the domain that you used to visit
the create cgi.
E.g.
If I go to http://mail.python.org/mailman/create to create my new
list, it'll show up in the python.org domain.
If instead I use http://lists.zope.org/mailman/create, it'll show up
in the zope.org domain.
