I've noticed that emails that are sent from Outlook with embedded
objects lose any text when archived by pipermail.
Example. This appears in the archive:
_________________________________________________
Skipped content of type multipart/alternative-------------- next part
--------------
A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
Name: not available
Type: image/jpeg
Size: 31368 bytes
Desc: disk_layout.jpg
Url :
http://soggey.ilo.cpqcorp.net/pipermail/test/attachments/20030203/8a290e49/attachment.jpe

The embedded object - in this case a jpeg file - is stripped out as an
attachment. Thats fine, but where's me text gone?
Anyone know of away around this?
- Pat.
