Howdy Paul, Is mailmanctl running?
mailmanctl needs to be running to push the qfiles through the system. >From the Mailman directory type "bin/mailmanctl start" and check it by "ps -e" You will probably see the mailmanctl and you will definitely see ~6 python daemons.
