Howdy Neil Under Membership list options, you can set all users to moderate. Then un-set yourself and the moderators.
In another config panel you set what happens when messages are received from moderated members. On my Newsletter lists, I set the members posts to discard with notification to admin (several buttons). I think you will find this sufficient.
