IIRC, this is in the FAQ. The "newlist" command can be modified so that it makes these changes directly. For security reasons, this is not normally done.


Yes, this means that you need to manually edit the "aliases" file every time, but that is necessary with every single MLM that I've ever used, and I'm not sure that I'd want to use an MLM that didn't require this step.
