This is an MTA issue. When mailman queues the outgoing message, in most cases it will queue just one copy for all of the mailing list recipients. It will then be up to the MTA to split that out as appropriate and deliver the copies to the recipients.


You could turn on list customization, so that mailman sends out a separate message for every recipient, at which time it will put the user's e-mail address in the footer. But this causes a significant increase in load on the server, and may not be feasible in your case.
