I "upgraded" my server to RedHat 9 a while ago and since then I can not
seem to get mailman to send out mail that is posted unless I manually
run 'bin/qrunner'. RedHat felt compelled to place all the mailman
stuff in /var, and also made a few other annoying config changes, but I
think I have everything in place. Well, obviously, I missed something.
Anyone else have the same experience?
