For all practical purposes, Markus is absolutely right. However if you had a real hankering for pain, and your system allowed you to setup some aliases for personal use, plus you had personal web-pages that allowed you run personal CGI's, then you could get it to run. But why bother? You could get the same thing done with much less trouble by simply hosting your own box and setting Mailman up the way that God and Barry intended (as the system administrator).
