What about this:
Link(mlist.GetBaseArchiveURL(), Bold('Archives'))
If you wanted to add a / onto the link (which was not needed with
GetBaseArchiveURL() in the quick test I did), you could do this:
Link(mlist.GetBaseArchiveURL() + '/', Bold('Archives'))
