Is there a way to enable personalization on a per-list basis? I would rather not enable OWNERS_CAN_ENABLE_PERSONALIZATION for the entire system.
I used bin/listconfig to output the config file and there are no such options, that I have found, to do this. Is there a hidden or undocumented option I might be able to set using bin/listconfig to enable this feature for a single list?
