We currently are using the Archive as a way for multiple people to look at emails and
work off of them in Tandem. Because they are remote,
the only way for them to know who has worked on what is via telephone communication.
I am trying to figure out if there is a way that when
someone opens up one of the archive emails, it can flag the HTML as 'read', therefore
on a browser refresh it shows the other users what has
been 'touched'.

If anyone has any suggestions as to a good approach to this, it would be very
appreciated

Thanks
