As an experiment....
I subscribed to one of the "problem" lists using a different email address.... posted a test message.... and received it normally.
But if I unsubscribe using the problem email address, and subscribe again using that address, then the list mail isn't received.
But.... that "problem" email address works fine receiving mail from other lists.
