I have found a way to solve it .
I downloaded another SecurityManager.py 
(http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/mailman/mailman/Mailman/SecurityManager.py)
and overrided the  former one. The problem has not happened again, and I am not very 
clear and not sure if this is a correct method.
