Can anyone tell me what DEFAULT_HOST_NAME and DEFAULT_URL is used for?
Reading the comments in $prefix/Mailman/Defaults.py will probably tell you but if you want the fine detail recursively grep for the strings in the .py files under $prefix/Mailman and see what the code does.
