How did you set up Sendmail to forward email to your Exchange Server?
This doesn't really have anything to do with Mailman.
There are a variety of ways to solve this problem, depending on your specific needs. Check the sendmail FAQ at <http://www.sendmail.org/faq/>, and if the answer isn't there, you can ask on the USENET newsgroup comp.mail.sendmail, or refer to the "Bat Book", see <http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/sendmail3/index.html>.
