[Mailman-Users] Confirm Subscription Page

Anyone know how to edit the html of the "confirm subscription page?"  I 
see how to edit the html of the other four pages, but then it gives you 
the standard, crappy-looking mailman page to confirm your subscription. 
 If you know the answer, please keep in mind i am not a programmer, and
