and the error message indicates that sendmail picked up the config
properly, too. So the only thing I can think of is that
/var/mailman/mail/mailman doesn't exist (seems like a strange place to
put an executable) or doesn't have the right permissions to be run.
It seems weird that it would consider the pipe to be a "user", but
that could just be sendmail's way of saying there was an error
executing the program.
