Anyone know if there is a way to suppress the probe messages that go out when a subscriber starts bouncing?

If you want to just immediately remove a member when they exceed their bounce threshold, you can set the bounce_you_are_disabled_warnings to 0 on the Bounce processing administrative page.

Or if you want them to stay on the list, you could set the warning interval to be a very large number of days... so they effectively never get probed.

Or, you could change mailman's crontab so that it doesn't run the cron/disabled script. (Or runs it only for specified lists, depending on your goal.)
