Hello Brad, hello Mailman users,

yes, we want to setup a mailing list where we can announce new products
as well as software/firmware updates and issue security warnings. So
this might be interesting for anyone using Meinberg reference clocks or
Meinberg LANTIME NTP servers ... We are
preparing a website relaunch (the actual Meinberg website is a little
bit rusty, but it definetely has its charm :-)) and would like to
introduce this newsletter service at this opportunity.

As far as I can see it, now all references to the web services are gone,
it seems to work fine now.

Thank you for your help!

Kind regards,
Heiko

As far as I found out, this is hardcoded in the sources, so I wonder if
there is any chance to get rid of this (without having to patch the
source code, I would like mailman to stay upgradeable)?

So far as I know, if you want to remove all references to the web site, you'll have to make modifications to the source code.

Out of curiosity, is this for users of the Meinberg NTP reference clocks?
