What is the python string for the user's real name?
I'd like to customize the "subauth.txt" template to include the potential
subscribers name in addition to their e-mail address so that it reads:

Your authorization is required for a mailing list subscription request
approval:
For: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (User's Real Name)
List: listname
At your convenience, visit:
http://linkgoeshere.com
to process the request.
