Using the command-line tools, you should be able to do this. However, hooking up your Access back-end to the command-line tools is an exercise left for the reader. See <http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq04.009.htp> to learn more about the command-line tools.
If you want to do this from the e-mail interface, I'll have to leave that issue to others to answer, since I am not as familiar with it.
