Good eye! CHARSETS has gb2312, while CODEC_MAPS has gb2132. I've had qrunner stop running a couple of times, which brings my mailing lists to a crashing halt. I've been looking at the error log for hints about what's wrong. However since the lists are for a spam filter (bogofilter), incoming messages can say "look at this spammy message". Of course, spam filtering for non-subscribers would be ideal. I just need to figure out where to do it.
