Check the logs on your mail server. It will tell you when messages have been delivered to given recipients, although it can't tell you when they actually picked up their e-mail and read it.


 I have an umbrella list with several lists below it. The sub-lists show the
 sent message in the archive, but I do not get a response from the people
 that the message was sent to. (I asked for one).  Is there a way to verify
 that the message was sent to the list members?
