Greetings, I have recently moved over all our lists to mailman and am having the following issues which I cannot seem to find any option for in the admin menu. When messages come in HTML format, the HEADER text is missing and the FOOTER text comes as an attachment. Some users are also complaining that the whole message now comes as an attachment.
