If I issue the mailmanctl stop (or the functionally identical command
"/etc/init.d/mailman stop"), all the other mailman processes gracefully
exit within 10 seconds or so, usually immediately. The OutgoingRunner
process will not exit and the command has to be issued a second time. The
OutgoingRunner process will always stop then. Nothing in the logs or
anything like that insofar as clues are concerned.

Anyone else have this "2 stops needed" trouble and know a solution?
Thanks in advance,
